Meghana Mitragotri's Watercolors

There’s something especially compelling about Meghana Mitragotri’s work because it feels inseparable from the person behind it. I have had the great luck of doing many of the same art events with her, and the dedication and professionalism she brings is awe inspiring.

She paints these incredible botanical florals that carry a romantic softness that immediately draws you in, and they glow from within with a gentle beauty.  She brings flowers to life with a soft touch that flows from a studied patience and attention to detail.

And that warmth comes directly from who Meghana is. She’s extraordinarily talented, but also open, kind, and deeply genuine. She connects with her collectors and fellow artists in a way that feels rare and special.  She makes those who encounter her feel lighter and happier.  She is just such thoughtful, encouraging, human. Meghana just has a presence that exudes a joy and dedication to her art. These are paintings that change the feeling of a room. They don’t demand attention—they reward it. The longer you look, the more they give back.
